Terms & Licensing

1. Introduction

This License Agreement is a legal contract between you and Mrgraphiz (“Creator”) governing the use of digital assets available on Motioneditz.com. By downloading, using, or modifying any assets, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. Types of Assets
  • Free Assets – Available at no cost.
  • Premium Assets – Available exclusively to users subscribed to the Limitless Plan.
  • Third-Party Assets – Not owned by the Creator but provided under their respective licenses.
3. Ownership & Licensing
  • Original Assets – Assets created by the Creator are licensed under this Agreement.
  • Third-Party Assets – Assets sourced from third parties retain their original licensing terms. You must review and comply with the licensing terms of each third-party asset before using them.
  • The Creator does not claim ownership of third-party assets and is not responsible for any licensing violations by users.
4. Grant of License

For original assets, the Creator grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use them, subject to this Agreement.
For third-party assets, you are subject to the licensing terms provided by their respective owners.

5. Permitted Uses

You are allowed to:

  • Use the assets in personal and commercial projects.
  • Modify or combine the assets with other works.
  • Use the assets in any media format, provided you comply with any third-party licensing restrictions.
6. Restrictions

You are not allowed to:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the assets except as explicitly permitted in this Agreement.
  • Use the assets in a way that competes with the Creator or Motioneditz.com.
  • Resell the assets as standalone files or as part of a project.
  • Use third-party assets without following their licensing terms, including proper attribution if required.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or license information from third-party assets.
7. User Responsibility
  • You must review the licensing terms for each asset before using it in personal or commercial projects.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your usage complies with applicable copyright laws.
  • The Creator is not liable for any copyright violations, DMCA takedowns, or legal claims due to improper usage of third-party assets.
8. Intellectual Property
  • All original assets remain the property of the Creator.
  • Third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners.
  • This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
  • The Creator reserves the right to update, modify, or remove any asset at any time.
9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Creator may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any term or condition. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Assets.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
  • All assets are provided “as is” without guarantees or warranties.
  • The Creator makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • The Creator does not guarantee the legality, accuracy, or suitability of third-party assets.
  • Use at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability

The Creator is not liable for any damages, losses, or legal claims arising from:

  • Misuse of assets, including failure to comply with third-party licensing.
  • Copyright infringement due to improper attribution or unauthorized modifications.
  • DMCA takedowns or legal disputes related to the use of assets.
  • Technical issues, compatibility errors, or interruptions in asset availability.
12. General
  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Creator regarding the use of original assets.
  • For third-party assets, you must comply with their respective licenses.
  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Creator’s jurisdiction.
